The 2nd Swiss National took place in the big Lostallo track, same direction as the European Championship 2015 40+.
Due to the fact that Thursday was holiday in Switzerland we went to the track a day before in order to make some tests. After two days of testing we found the right Setup for the race. My NT1 and Picco engine were perfect.
After 4 qualifying rounds I took the Pole position and I could start with the number 1 in semifinal. The semifinal was on dry condition but the rain was coming. Before the final the rain come and I decided to run with the Rain car. I wasnâ™t so happy because my NT1 was perfect and I didnâ™t know how the rain car was. I used it the last year and I had no idea if it works or not.
After the first laps of warmup I knew that the car were perfect! So I could win the 2nd Swiss National in Lostallo. My teammates Rapahel Wicki and Patrick Fankhauser completed the podium and Philipp BĂĽhler finished in 4th position.
